Uncle Sam's mercenary contract

Corporate Watch has obtained a copy of the US State Department's contract with DynCorp, the largest of several ostensibly civilian contractors that are carrying out US military and law enforcement missions in Colombia. From a review of this document itself, it appears that there are probably supplementary agreements between the State Department and DynCorp that are not reflected in the published part of this contract.
