Panama's principal zoo, at Summit Park, should get a little closer to world class now that Panama City and Miami's Metro Zoo have signed a new agreement to improve the animal collection an displays. The cooperation between the two zoos began during former mayor Mayin Correa's administration, when ornithologists from Miami helped set up a harpy eagle program.
