The world's most prolific movie industry is Bombay --- or, if you're more of a Hindu nationalist, Mumbai --- rather than Hollywood. The European film industry has been working for years to establish a presence in Panama, where US movie and television productions dominate the cultural scene. The Indian Embassy is also promoting its country's film industry here, at the moment by co-sponsoring a series of Indian films at the Cine Universitario.
