But we won't leave it entirely to your imagination. Think mangoes and guinneps. Think big waves on the Pacific --- the height of surfing season at Azuero beaches like Playa Venao. Think of the Caribbean smooth as glass, and thus really good diving in the waters near Portobelo. Think of the increasing numbers of off-season tourists, who come to Panama during the rainy season to get to know the world's disappearing rainforests.

Such is the nature of Panama outdoors at the moment, and we'll have more substantial coverage in the next issue.
