This overpass is going in between Albrook and Balboa, which is turning from the reasonably quiet residential and administrative area of old into a bustling industrial area, to be dominated by a dramatically expanded Port of Balboa container handling area. New bus routes between the Albrook terminal and the Interior have already increased the traffic noise in Balboa, and the traffic will get much heavier shortly. Photo by Eric Jackson
