Back to work after the big
party
The day after
the Miss Universe pageant it was back to work as usual. Here we
have a construction crew fixing the sidewalks and railings along
the seawall on Avenida Balboa, and a transito cop keeping the
aggressive drivers from taking advantage of the occasion to
create a tragedy. President Moscoso had given many public
workers half of the previous day off, she said to ease traffic
