Leathernecks lend a hand
These US Marines who are stationed aboard the USS Rentz volunteered their labor for and donated materials to the Hogar Luisa McGrath, a Catholic home for pregnant girls that the Sisters of the Good Shepherd run in Parque Lefevre. The marines spent a Saturday morning painting the exterior of the building and installing an alarm system, and contributed medicines and sanitary supplies toward the cause. Appearing with the marines are Sister Reina Perla and the embassy's Leopoldo Garza. Photo courtesy of the American Embassy
