Rainy season from way up there


What does Panama's rainy season look like? It's all a matter of perspective. If, for example, your point of view is from an orbit well above the atmosphere, it can look like this. Notice the increased vegetation along the Panama Canal in the center, all the silt that the Bayano River is pouring into the Gulf of Panama at the lower right, and Colon's Costa Abajo getting a break from the Atlantic Side cloud cover at the upper left.
