December 13 --- Last day for teams who got boats in the raffle to pay the applicable deposits and take possession of their cayucos

January 31 --- Fundraising train ride to Colon (tickets go on sale January 2)

February 11 --- Escort boat meeting at Building 7250, Cardenas

February 12 --- Meeting of all participants at the Balboa Gym, 7 pm. This is the deadline to get papers and fees in order to participate in the Amador Causeway Regatta

February 15 --- Amador Causeway Regatta

March 4 --- Meeting of all participants at the Balboa Gym, 7 pm. This is the deadline to get papers and fees in order to participate in the Hotel Melia Panama Canal Regatta

March 6 --- Hotel Melia Panama Canal Regatta

March 18 --- Meeting of all participants at the Balboa Gym, 7 pm. This is the deadline to get papers and fees in order to participate in the Gamboa Rainforest Resort Regatta and the Ocean-to-Ocean Cayuco Race

March 20 --- Gamboa Rainforest Resort Regatta

March 31 --- Meeting of all participants at the Balboa Gym, 7 pm. This is when final instructions will be given for the Ocean-to-Ocean Cayuco Race

April 1 --- Escort boat meeting at Building 7250, Cardenas

April 2 --- First leg of the Ocean-to-Ocean race, Cristobal to Gatun. Boats and crews report at Cristobal by 1 pm. Banquet at the Hotel Melia, 7 pm

April 3 --- Second leg of the Ocean-to-Ocean race, Gatun to Gamboa. Boats and crews report to south end of Gatun Locks by 6 am

April 4 --- Third leg of the Ocean-to-Ocean race, Gamboa to Diablo. Boats and crew report at Gamboa by 6:30 am. Awards banquet at Mi Pueblito, 7 pm.
