The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit of the Consular Section is planning an outreach to US citizens in Chiriqui.

BOQUETE:

Thursday, May 13 from 10:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and from 02:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. at the Hotel Panamonte in Boquete.

Services:

1. Applications for Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CROBA);*
2. Applications for US passports;*
3. Notarizations;
4. Registrations;
5. Voting registrations (www.fvap.gov), and
6. Distribution of IRS Form 1040.

*Information on requirements to apply for a CROBA or for a US passport (for distribution to interested applicants) is attached.
