The prolific Alvarados --- Pat the mother as author and Andrea the daughter as illustrator --- have published another bilingual children's book, The Shadeless Kingdom. It's not going to sell nearly as many copies as The Cat in the Hat, but it ought to be very useful in many a bilingual elementary school classroom, both in the English- and Spanish-speaking countries.
