Dear Dr. Mutt,

Last week my master bought a little speed boat and invited me along to test the motor. I had never been in a boat before. We skimmed along the water at break-neck speed. What a ride! No windows! Everything was going great until we stopped and the boat bobbed up and down in the waves. Then the master did something really strange. He put some weird-looking mask on his face, sat on the edge of the boat and fell overboard and disappeared underwater. When he didn't come up, I panicked and went in after him. I dived underwater, but I couldn't see a thing; and the water was real salty and burned my eyes. I came up for air and that's when I saw him floating face-down. I paddled toward him, grabbed him by the suit and dragged him back to the boat. You'd think he'd be grateful for saving his life, but all he said was something about being glad nobody was around. It wasn't my fault his suit was made out of such flimsy material. You'd think he'd at least get me a pair of doggles so the next time he falls overboard, I can find him faster.

I'm with you on that one. You deserve more than a pair of doggles; you deserve a medal for bravery. You are another shining example of man's best friend.
