Dear Dr. Mutt,

I’m writing this from the pen. Last week I was running free, living the easy life. Now I’m a prisoner, and the garbage dump is out of bounds. Some treacherous humans enticed me with a big bone. It all happened so fast. They threw a net over my head and clamped a muzzle on me before I could bite. I was captured and collared in less than a minute. I want out, doc. What can I do?
