Photo of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier courtesy of the Library of Congress Veterans’ Day Observance in Panama The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and members of The American Community are calling on all citizens to observe Veterans’ Day by remembering the sacrifices of all those who fought so gallantly, and through rededication to the task of promoting an enduring peace. The Veteran’s Day Ceremony will be the eleventh of November, 2005 at eleven hundred hours Corozal American Cemetery. Prior to the Official Veteran’s Day Observances, there will be a rededication of the VFW Memorial at 1030 hours.
