Yes, it's that Panamanian geographical anomaly about the sun coming up over the Pacific. (Don't tell me that's impossible --- look at a good map if you don't believe it!) And why would those three vultures be greeting the morning in that particular tree? Because it provides a pretty good view of things that the men in the fishing boats arrinving a little way down the beach discard, and these just might be delicacies to the pavon palate.
