Wouldn't you know that in their mad gold rush zeal to sell off the properties that Panama acquired as the result of the 1977 Panama Canal Treaties, successive government agencies have paid such scant attention to urban infrastructures like this storm drain at the former Fort Clayton that they have allowed them to become choked with weeds, greatly increasing flood risks and thus detracting from the value of the properties they're trying to sell?
