The bright lights of the big city

This was what it looked like on a recent Friday night with the tide beginning to recede, walking down along the seawall on Avenida Balboa toward Paitilla. It won't look like this for long. The government and developers are planning to landfill the place where you see the lights reflecting off the water, and there are all sorts of other construction projects underway in the area.
