Bored, or...?

Here President Torrijos participates in a popular Panamanian pastime in a place famous for it --- he's playing dominos in Santa Ana's Parque de los Aburridos. Now the Spanish word "aburrido" can mean "bored," or can also be translated to be "boring." It's probably neither a matter of the drudgery of his job, nor an admission about the quality of his speeches --- the government has just invested some money on improvements in the historic little urban park and his excellency went to check out how the regular crowd thinks about them.
