Tropical Christmas

Christmas is a time of miracles of angels --- so it’s no surprise that three of them appear to the beleaguered Ducotel family of Cayenne, French Guyana, at the beginning of the last Century. The family is headed by Felix, shopkeeper, who is a dreamer and not the sharpest of businessmen, his wife Emilie and their daughter Marie. When Felix’s evil cousin Henri and his nephew Paul threaten to take his business away from him, fate intervenes in the shapes of Joseph, Jules and Alfred, three convicts who work as roofers and who intervene to solve the family’s problems. Directed by Rosario Barrera, and starring Roberto Bruno, Maryellen Cain, Rosario Barrera, Juan Carlos Avendaño, Manuel Garibaldo, with special appearances by Gabriel Pérez Matteo as Henri and Dídimo Cerrud as Paul.
