 Mireya's bridge over the Rio Indio didn't last two rainy seasons, but temporary repairs have been improvised  Not far before the road ends at Miguel de La Borda, they put you through some tests of both driving skills and the qualities of the vehicles in which you travel  The road gets so bad you have to take a detour along the beach, fording a small stream on the way
