You do not have to be a US Citizen to join or attend.

Remember that annual Renewal Dues for the family will be increasing from $25 to $40 and New Member (Family) Fee's are also rising from $30 to $50 effective 01 Feb.

By paying your dues or joining the American Society before the Picnic you and your family may attend the picnic free of charge.

We welcome all former members to take advantage of this opportunity and rejoin your American Society of Panama by just paying the renewal fee of $25.
All arrears will be forgiven .

PRICES
Members with dues paid - Free
Others and Non-member adults - $15 each
Non-member children under 12 yrs. - $10 each
You will be charged the $15 per family member adult and $10 for child under 12 years if dues are not paid.

No paper tickets will be available for this event. Your payment of dues or new membership fee will be noted on the Security attendance roster. If you have not paid either, you must make your reservations and must pay for the event by Thursday 17 Jan. 2008.

RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY THURSDAY 17 JAN.2008

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT DUES COLLECTION: We are unable to collect funds on the Embassy Residence grounds. If you wish to attend free you must pay your dues or new membership fee prior to the event. Pay the Board member you contact to advise of your attendance and please give them your ID information of those attending otherwise you will not be able to have access to the Residence grounds.

FOR SECURITY REASONS :

Every person attending must submit their passport number or cedula to the person they contact to pay their dues or if dues are already paid submit the ID information to the Board member you advise you are attending the picnic.

If you attended the Christmas Reception at the Ambassador's Residence we already have your ID information but you must advise if you plan to attend.
