charity that humanely tries to reduce the population of abandoned and
uncared-for animals in Panama by neutering them, attempting to find
homes for them, and if that doesn't work out, turning them loose in the
places where they were captured, visited Calle 7 in the old colonial
neighborhood of San Felipe on January 13 and sterilized 42 animals,
mostly cats.
