Dear Dr. Mutt,
I
live in Panama, and the Dry Season has finally kicked in, global
warming and all, and the mistress sprung for the sprinkler to keep
the grass green. So great was my content that I leapt for joy through
the air, filled with dewy droplets. I raced back and forth without
harness, but now remorse fills my soul. So much precious liquid
pilfered through the air, all to make the lawn look good! I am so
