The problems of the United States of late have sent many of the Canadian "snowbirds" who used to winter in Florida or other sunny parts of the USA to points south, and that's one reason for a recent growth in this country's Canadian community and of the Canadian Association. On March 15 the Canadian Association and some of its Panamanian and American friends gathered at the Veramar on Veracruz beach.
