Bernal in Chinese

Not conceding the Chinese vote to anyone

Miguel Antonio Bernal, the independent candidate for mayor of Panama City who will almost certainly appear on the Vanguadia Moral ticket and probably some other parties' as well, is not conceding the ethnic Chinese vote to his rivals (whoever they might be). Bernal, who has won international awards for his French-language journalism and has taught at US universities, will also have campaign literature in English directed at the capital city's English-speaking voters.
