It is with profound regret that I have to inform you of the passing of my beloved father, Dave E. White. After battling a long illness Dave passed away on Tuesday, May 6th, at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 17th at All Saints Catholic Church in Sunrise, Florida. Burial was at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in North Lauderdale, Florida.

Dorotea, his wife of 59 years, his brother Ervin, my sisters, Graciela, Yasmin and Damalia, and his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews gratefully acknowledge, and are very thankful for the many prayers you have sent heavenward on his behalf. I am sure that even though his sojourn on earth has ended, your prayers will surely speed his journey home to the loving arms of his Creator. We continue praying that God will grant us His Divine Consolation to comfort us during this period of mourning. Our prayers are also that God will bless each and every one of you with peace, happiness and a long life. We look forward to seeing you and thanking you personally as we say not goodbye, but until we meet again, to Dave as we acknowledge his life and celebrate his homegoing.
