Democrats Abroad Panama will meet August 28, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Balboa Yacht Club to watch the Democratic Convention. Cost is $7 per
person. Appetizers will be provided with a pay as you go bar. We will
have access to Direct TV and CNN in English. We will monitor the CNN
schedule to ensure the event will be broadcast in full. If you are
