Panama's cultural outpost in Chicago

Is it going to be a Chicago politician who has never really been to Latin America, Barack Obama, moving into the White House come next January?

In that case Panama would do well to have its ties with the Windy City, and as luck would have it, we do.

There's Taller Gringolandia, the studio of Panamamian artist Mark Nelson, shown here in front of the studio on his motorcycle.

Now if he can manage to explain that the closest thing Panama has to outlaw bikers are the Transito cops, there will be the beginning of true intercultural understanding.
