Here we have to photos of the same thing, one taken a little before four in the afternoon and the other taken a little before eight the same evening. These are upscale residential towers in Panama City's Punta Pacifica neighborhood.

 

Yes, there are surely many explanations, but there are many expensive condo towers in Panama City that have very few lights turned on in the early evening and these belie many of the things that many of the sellers will tell you about the state of the capital's high end real estate market.
