American Society Invites you
to a Joint Election Night Vigil

Who:

American Society of Panama
Democrats Abroad Panama
Republicans Abroad Panama
American Citizens Abroad
American Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Navy League Panama Council

Together are organizing this Election Night vigil.
We welcome all Americans and Friends to join us.

When: Tuesday 04 Nov. 2008

Where: City Club 29th Floor of CitiCorp Building, 50th Street

Time: 7 PM until 11 PM

Dress Code: Casual. No shorts, tank tops, sandals or thongs.

The City Club will provide:
Valet Parking
Italian Night Dinner Selection of 4 Pastas and Salad
7:30 – 9:30 PM.
Cash Bar. Credit cards needed to pay for any item at the cash bar.
No cash transactions, purchases permitted.

The American Society, The Republicans Abroad, The Democrats Abroad, The American Citizens Abroad, The Navy League Panama & The American Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Will provide cake, snacks and decorations.

Cost: $20 per person for 4 selection Pasta night with Salad.

Prior purchase by 31 October required / Dinner tickets will not be sold at function.)

$5 Tickets for just attending will only be sold at the event. $20 Tickets for the Dinner will not be available that evening.

Prior purchase of Dinner tickets required by Friday 31 Oct. to properly plan for the event. Special permission has been obtained from the City Club to permit those wishing to join us in this vigil and not take part in the Italian Night Dinner to attend.

The City Club is opening just for us during this Holiday week and we must give them as accurate a head count as possible by Friday 31 October and open just for us on Tuesday. Funds collected and not used to pay expenses for the evening's proceeds will go towards the American Society Scholarship Fund.
