Dear Doctor Mutt,

I see that the world’s greatest newly-elected leader is not only preparing to take the helm of a great nation, but will also welcome a new member to his family, namely a 1^st mutt!

Well, I offer myself for this position. I am a pure-bred MUTT. My dad, according to my mom, has a blood-line from Europe, Asia and Africa; and my mom encompasses all one could wish for from the New World. Who could ask for more? I’m hypo-allergenic and ready for action! The nation needs me. Please pass on my credentials.
