Not just a piano teacher: Danilo Pérez's piano teacher. When you are a multiple Grammy winner you are an intellectual whose curiosity is lively and you never stop studying your art and the world around you. If your living depends on you playing the piano you may want to study new techniques so that you don't get sidelined by carpal tunnel syndrome or other such repetitive motion injuries. The best person from whom a pianist can learn about these is one Edna Golandsky, left, champion of the Taubman Method of healthy piano playing.
