  • Congo dancing and diablo displays in the town's parks

  • A local arts and handicrafts fair, and coastal Colon food and beverage stands, at Portobelo's restored colonial Customs House

  • A plastic arts fair with paintings, drawings, photography and sculptures depicting the Cimarron culture, at the IPAT tourist center
