On Carnival Saturday, the show at the Antillean Fair was delayed because the Union Fenosa electric company --- which has been sold and now apparently cares even less about what Panamanians think about it --- were very tardy in turning on the power as arranged. On Carnival Sunday, shown here, the Antillean Fair found itself in God's own culeco, a rare dry season rain storm.
