Panama City traffic often approaches gridlock these day, and people appropriate sidewalks and medians to park their cars, and drivers are aggressive --- but still, scenes like these in a residential area of Parque Lefevre indicate something that's gone several steps beyond all the traffic insanity to which we have become accustomed.
