"Limpiar"

The Spanish verb "limpiar" means "to clean," or, in the context of land, "to clear."  The practice usually meant by the Panamanian Spanish usage of the word is destructive, and only raises the value of the land in they eyes of people who neither intend to grow anything on it nor have any concept of building or living in harmony with natural forces.
