Election year public works

Earlier this year, in the run-up to the May elections, PRD members were hired to put in a new water main in the town of San Carlos. The work looked sub-standard as soon as it was done --- it was poorly planned, poorly executed and whoever was in charge skimped on materials.

Now, less than one year later, we see the results.

On election day the PRD got routed in most of the races for national offices, but they did hold onto the San Carlos mayor's office.
