Dry season clouds

This is an El Niño year, it's dry season anyway, and Panama is experiencing a drought that might yet bring us some serious economic consequences. (Certain electricity and water saving measures have been imposed, with the hope that the really costly measures, draft restrictions on the ships passing through the Panama Canal, might be avoided.)

However, just because it's dry season does not mean that there are no clouds in the sky. Here we see the sky over Puerto Armuelles, on the Pacific side of the western end of Panama, not far from the Costa Rican border.
