I invested $85,000 with Automated Trading Systems, a small American company with 3 traders who invest in off shore platforms in Forex trading. That is how I understand the situation to be. The head trader put a considerable amount of money into the trading platform run by Rex Freeman (a.k.a. Mark Boswell). Mr. Freeman is founder and director of Interglobal Finance, S.A. and the Venture Resource Group Business Club. He also is a certified financial advisor with Kerford Investments International. In October of 2005 Mr. Freeman locked down his trading platform with all the money that Automated Trading Systems had invested. I have no idea how much money this comes to but my guess would be over a million. Now, over four months later he still not has released the funds. From the looks of things I don't think he will. One

Most of you have heard something about the foreign currency exchange trading market, otherwise known as 'Forex'. It is becoming extremely popular worldwide I think mainly due to the fact that it's accessible by anyone, it is volatile which means the movement in the market can spell nice profits in only a matter of a few minutes, and with a laptop and an internet connection it can be done from your hammock! (now you're starting to see the picture here, right?) Mark

I have some news about Rex Freeman. I think he has swindled my elderly father out of an IRA worth 103K. I don’t know if you can help me recover this. The

Concentrated Return Fire: One of the quirks about the Panamanian justice system with regards to these kinds of criminal slander complaints is that if a guy like Eric Jackson has five or six or seven criminal complaints against him, then he will most likely be seen by the same criminal prosecutor and judges who have been specially trained to deal with these kinds of criminal complaints. There are two (and only two) prosecutors in the Public Ministry who are qualified to investigate and prosecute criminal complaints for slander and defamation. Irresponsible writers and reporters can effectively spread their wrath out against a wide audience of victims, but the complaints of their victims against the writers effectively become condensed to a fine point, thanks to the way the legal prosecution system is established. The trick seems to be banding together as victims to compel serial slanderers to be more responsible and contemplative in their reporting through legal action. Don

I used my given name without my family name because that was unique to me. ... On the check charge, I presented a private negotiable instrument with a cover letter explaining in full detail the nature of the instrument, what it was, and how to redeem it to a car leasing outfit. ... I could see the writing on the wall and these charges were quite serious in the penalty phase, so I had little choice and copped a plea. Mark

The 12th Criminal Court in Panama provisionally dismissed the defamation and slander complaint filed by Mark Boswell (a.k.a Rex Freeman) against Eric Jackson. ... It seems that the judge and prosecutor focused completely on the issue of trying to get the FBI to provide information on the case, and totally ignored Eric's allegations that Mark Boswell was breaking the law in Panama. Income Examples All you have to do is follow our system, get involved and 'just do it' and you will see results. We guarantee it! Just to give you an idea, here are just a few samples of actual transactions our associates have been involved in: Client moves his $50,000 IRA into a self directed IRA and managed trading account. Consultant generates $500 on the initial set up and then $375 per month or $4,500 in a year for as long as the account is active on one small client. Client sets up a business structure including corporation and foundation of private interest for business purposes and consultant earns $1,000. Client moves $3 million in seed capital into a leveraged project funding vehicle to fund a much larger project for which he doesn’t have the capital. Consultant generates $30,000 per month for 12 months on just this one deal! Money manager client moves a small part ($500,000) of his larger portfolio into a professionally managed trading account with stellar performance. Consultant generates a residual commission of around $2,500 per month which of course is $30,000 for the year. Consultant produces $100,000 in total monthly deposits for licensed trading platforms helping family oriented clients generate serious growth on their savings. This creates about $1,000 in monthly residual income which keeps growing. After 12 months of hitting these targets consultant has 1.2 million total under management generating something in the area of $12,000 to $15,000 in monthly profit sharing (or more) based on historical averages. Client has Bank Guarantee for $50 million he wants to use to get into a private placement scenario. Consultant immediately retires wealthy with huge residual income which is so large it's embarrassing to discuss. Does some of that seem a little lofty for you? Perhaps it feels a bit out of your league? That’s exactly why you need this program with the experts and systems to back you up! Private Banking & Hedge Funds Greetings! Now that the Global Insights Group in YahooGroups is a 'closed' group and new members are admitted by invitation only, this allows us to share some of the special insights going on with The Rudius Project typically reserved to participating insiders and direct supporters of the project. … In Central America, they don't even have much in the way of investment departments and for a deposit of one million or more you get the very special privilege of: * a white gloved waiter to bring you water or coffee in reception. * buying the bank's offering of certificates of deposit * using the banks brokerage house to buy stocks etc. What? I can practically get that from my taxi driver !? With the exception of the white gloved waiter, you could do the same thing from the street with ten thousand dollars. Does this appeal to savvy investors? No. It would appeal to self centered egoists who crave attention and financial abuse from their banker however! Is 'Private Banking' even available to those successful business people, retirees, investors who have less than one million liquid? No. This presents an opportunity for The Rudius Project companies and funds. … The Rudius Project companies and funds will be competing directly head on for the same HNW individual investor clients as all the global funds will be. We don't have the space here, but we'll touch on why we'll have such a competitive edge in this market in the next update. It will blow you away, seriously. Watch for it. Plus, with the astounding power of our money managers' track record AND the regulated, transparent infrastructure which will be in place for maximum integrity and accountability for our HNW and institutional clients, we'll be able to attract other hedge funds as clients directly. There are many funds looking for more diversification, better performance and other investments as many of these funds are a 'fund of funds' and they simply invest with other money managers (aka 'Rudius Project' Investment Fund). We'll have just the thing for them, won't we? Mark

Let me tell you what we're talking about. The managers of the Rudius Project have been introduced to an 'Angel Investor'. This Angel Investor happens to be a successful actor on the private placement arena stage. His 'humanitarian project' is to find other worthy projects around the world and use his huge portfolio to 'sponsor' these worthy projects so that they can benefit from the results of what he is doing in the trading platform he is involved in. This is NOT a small thing. Can I be more demure than that? Is he giving these projects money? No. He's doing better than that. Mark

Editor's
note Back
in 2006,
someone in Panama's offshore
investment industry came to me with a folder of photocopied documents
and a few
notes, telling me that I should check out a guy who called himself Rex
Freeman
and who was holding "investment seminars" at one of Herman Bern's
resorts and making claims that had all the hallmarks of fraud. I
reviewed those
papers, did some more digging, found out who and what "Rex Freeman"
really was, and sent some emails to Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman with
questions pertaining to his business activities in Panama. I got the
following
response: Rather than ask about our legal registration with regulatory authorities, why don't you ask about the nature of our activities to understand us enough in order to know if that is even appropriate? Maybe you don't care about that. Rather than ask if we are an (illegal) pyramid 'scheme' why don't you define that for us first with specificity as the law defines it and then compare the actual characteristics of our program to such a scheme? Maybe you don't care about those facts. Rather than create an adversarial environment with pointed questions coming from 'left field' and without introduction or establishing any premise for a dialog, why don't you ask for an interview with full disclosure of your purposes and intentions from the beginning? Maybe that's not important to your 'objective'. It is clear to me that with your clumsy and unprofessional approach that you are not interested in the facts, but rather are looking for justification to go on a witch hunt. I have plenty of experience with editors like you and under those circumstances you will write what you like to suit your agenda, regardless of the facts. Therefore, there is no need for any interaction with me. If you wish to have a meaningful and honest dialog and operate in good faith with clean hands, I am happy to accommodate. That's the only way I operate. However, that is not what I see from you so far and thus, I'm not interested in what The Panama News has to say. Our market is not in Panama. Be
careful to stand on the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the
truth. Your activities are very public and anything less than the truth
always
causes problems. Understand
about the way that I operate: if there is pertinent and newsworthy
information
that can be ascertained about the subject, no refusal to answer a
question by
party involved in the matter kills a story in The Panama News.
Moreover, I
don't run scared when threatened by the likes of "Rex Freeman." I published my story, and I stand by
it. I was charged with criminal
defamation for it, with Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman having as his lawyer a
disreputable character who now sits on Panama's Supreme Court and as
his
publicity shills two other disreputable characters, Don Winner and
Roger Gallo.
I won that case. An online
newspaper in Costa Rica, AM Costa Rica, looked into Boswell's
activities in
that country, published stories about it, and was likewise the target
of
defamation charges. AM Costa Rica won its case, too. There is a
Costa Rican warrant out for Boswell's arrest, which in open court our
not-so-honorable high court magistrate falsely accused yours truly of
procuring. I had nothing to do with that warrant, other than
publicizing it
when I learned of its existence. The Torrijos
administration ended and Martinelli came in, with Boswell's lawyer in
the new
inner circle. But within less than five months, the Martinelli
administration
issued a warning about some of Boswell's business fronts. Meanwhile,
Boswell went underground. I have heard speculation that he's in
Switzerland,
and other tales that he's in Panama. Clients who had been fleeced were
given
the story that Boswell was going through a divorce and his wife froze
all
assets --- but the external evidence is that the two of them, along
with their
customary entourage, are still working together on new scams. And
that's what
Zurich Management, the Rudius Project, www.MyFreedomForum.com and the
Independence
Research Society are: just variations on and continuations of Mark
Boswell's
Continental Savings Club, Venture Resource Group, Interglobal Finance,
Privacy
Club International, World Wide Wealth Systems, Gold Palace and
WinBig.biz
rackets. So why would
Boswell have gone underground? I could speculate about possible US
federal
warrants, because I do know that complaints have been filed in various states and that the
crimes
would be extraditable federal offenses --- but I have no specific
knowledge of
any such indictment or warrant. Then, if with apparent impunity one
steals
enough money from enough people, one starts to run the risk of
encounters with
armed and angry victims, or with very unpleasant people in their hire. However, I think that
it's something different, that it's a problem with authorities in this
country. Why
would Boswell have lost the protection of the Panamanian government?
The reason
is suggested by what we have learned from a source in Costa Rica --- he
stiffed
his lawyer in the prosecution of AM Costa Rica for legal services fees
owing. Corrupt
Panamanian public officials have long done a brisk and profitable
business of
opening this country's doors to hoodlums who are prohibited by our
immigration
laws and regulations from moving here. However, from the
non-governmental thug's
perspective, the downside of this business is that when administrations
change
all deals are off and the price of protection tends to go up. Don't pay, and the protection disappears. Yes, it
might be alleged that the National Securities Commission
(Comisión Nacional de
Valores) in Torrijos times honestly saw nothing improper or illegal
about what
Mark Boswell alias Rex Freeman was doing, but Martinelli's people saw
it
differently. I don't believe that for a second. Eric
